Training: Full 6‑month structured training programme Flourish is working with a fast-scaling technology business that’s growing its commercial team and investing properly in early talent. As an Inside Sales Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and a key driver of new business conversations. Rather than cold, transactional selling, you’ll be focused on understanding customer challenges, qualifying opportunities, and creating a strong pipeline for senior sales colleagues to close.
You’ll be part of a collaborative sales floor where performance matters - but so does development.
