The Role We’re looking for a confident and organised Inbound Sales Executive to join our friendly team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with sales support or new business experience who enjoys speaking with clients and managing quotes. The role is both reactive and proactive, you’ll handle incoming quotation requests from existing customers (mostly facilities management companies), and also reach out to new contacts in sectors to offer quotes for upcoming renewals previously handled by competitors. It’s a dynamic, admin-focused role where accuracy, professionalism, and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities Responding to inbound quotation requests and preparing accurate quotes Contacting potential clients (schools, hospitals, FM providers) to identify key contacts Following up on competitor renewal opportunities Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication Maintaining CRM updates and tracking enquiries What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales support, or new business role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Confident using the phone and Microsoft Office tools Eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to Skemsersdale/ Wakefield Career progression opportunities Supportive, team-focused environment Free on-site parking If you’re proactive, accurate, and customer-focused, we’d love to hear from you.
