Role Purpose An entry-level role focused on sourcing property investment opportunities by engaging directly with landlords. This is a high-energy, target-driven position ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in commercial property investment. The role will evolve into a full Investment Agent position , including client meetings, deal negotiation, and preparing investment proposals.
Key Responsibilities Proactively call and engage landlords to identify potential sales opportunities Build and manage a pipeline of property leads Qualify opportunities and gather key property information Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Support senior agents with deal progression and research Learn to analyse investment opportunities and market data Assist in preparing investment proposals and marketing materials Progression Develop into a client-facing Investment Agent Attend and lead client meetings and property appraisals Build your own portfolio of investor and vendor relationships Take ownership of deal origination through to completion Skills & Attributes Recent graduate (any discipline) Strong communication and confidence on the phone Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes Ambitious with a strong desire to build a career in property investment Highly organised with attention to detail Commercially aware with an interest in real estate markets Package Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Clear progression pathway into Investment Agent role Training and mentorship from experienced agents Ideal Candidate Someone who is hungry, driven, and eager to learn , with the confidence to pick up the phone and the ambition to grow into a high-performing investment agent .
