Overview Graduate/ Entry level role - Next available intakes - February & March 2026 Salary: £24,570 plus uncapped commission 37.5 hours per week About the role Join our Sales team. Responsibilities Researching potential customers to shape and build new business Growing new business through effective communication methods including cold calling, customer meetings and email marketing Working towards your KPIs through developing market understanding, building relationships and networking Providing effective account management to support your customers' technology strategy, implementation, and future requirements Collaborating with your sales team, cross-functional teams, and external partners to help develop a rich customer experience Qualifications / Attributes we’d love A passion for sales and be keen to learn and develop your skill set Demonstrate an entrepreneurial flare and the desire to build your own client base from scratch A motivated self-starter, quick learner and highly organised Enthusiasm to learn and develop knowledge for new and emerging technologies High level of verbal and written communication skills Ability to build solid relationships internally and with potential new clients Work patterns We recognise that everyone is different and can offer flexible working patterns: Flexible working – working from home and in the office (3 days in the office and 2 days at home; there is a requirement to be in each Wednesday for vendor and inter-office team meetings) Flexible hours – start and finish times can be adjusted Flexibility around school pick up and drop offs Working with us Wherever you work, you will feel supported by a team that celebrates individuality, encourages different perspectives, and embraces every background.
