Sales Executive

Location: Manchester (Salford Quays M50 3SP) Salary: £26,550 basic + £500 on passing probation. OTE £33,100; top performers can earn over £35K. Contract: Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours per week (Mon‑Fri).

Hybrid home and office working available after approval. Job Overview As a Sales Executive in our Customer Service Centre, you will take calls from prospective customers and help them choose the best healthcare coverage. You will provide excellent customer service, explain our products, and upsell where appropriate.

Responsibilities Take calls from potential customers, guiding them through our products and helping them find the right level of healthcare cover. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each caller has a great experience on every call. Switch seamlessly between different systems to retrieve and provide customers with information quickly.

Maintain high professional standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. Key Skills / Qualifications Sales experience in a target‑driven, customer‑focused role. Excellent listening and communication skills with empathy.

Ability to think on your feet, bounce back from setbacks, and continue to pursue sales. Strong IT skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently. Passion for hitting targets and earning commission.
