For more information, please visit and follow us on and .►Engage customers to understand their business and technical needs to translate them into technical and commercial proposals.►Manage the elaboration of profitable proposals and supports sales team in winning new business.►Collaborate with Product Management to identify best product or solution set to address customer problems►Support customers in evaluating products and solutions in their labs**Specific Job Duties*** Identify unique customer requirements and document customer requirements* Develop end to end solutions to meet customer requirements* Map Requirements to Product & New Specifications* Influence customer solution & architecture* Align & share internally with the Product Units, Sales the customer architecture* Validate Product feasibility with Product Management* Demo new products, new technology including partners’ solutions* Identify competitive products & position our products vs. competition* Position & message of Vantiva products leveraging differentiation* Track Bid Schedules for Customers & ensure quality response* Conduct customer Presentations & Demos* Participate in the defense phase of RFXs* Assist in Lab product evaluation* Develop relationships and influence technical stakeholders responsible for Lab assessment and product evaluation* Identify technical roadblocks to the Sales Process & collaborate with the Product Units to address identified issues* Assist in developing a Go To Market plan for new product offers* Must be located in either Atlanta, Philadelphia or Newark**Qualifications****Experience Required*** 10+ years of experience supporting broadband service providers in a technical / pre-sales capacity* Knowledge of & experience with Fiber (GPON, XGS-PON), FWA (5G), DOCSIS (D3.1+, D4.0) & Wi-Fi are recommended* Able to articulate complex technical topics clearly* Strong communication and persuasion skills* Background working with and selling CPE to Service Providers* Experience working in distributed organizations spanning Product Management, R&D, Support, Program Management.* Comfortable in a Lab setting working with testing equipment, interpreting test results, capturing log, etc.*Our most important asset is our People.**Vantiva’s success greatly relies on our people’s energy, motivation, and talent.**We are dedicated to cultivating a workforce that embraces and celebrates diversity as we believe our differences drive our creativity, and innovation.**We are proactive in supporting equality and maintaining an inclusive work environment, developing, and enhancing career opportunities for all.**Vantiva is committed to ensuring that all its employees receive a fair wage that is sufficient to live with dignity.**If you require a reasonable accommodation at any step of the application process, please let us know by answering the dedicated question in this application form.***Vantiva (Euronext Paris: VANTI)** is a global technology leader in the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) market.For over 130 years, we have delivered solutions that connect what matters most.
