This role provides the opportunity to interact with industry leaders involved in capital equipment decisions. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell Victaulic Piping Products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new customers in the assigned territory • Generate leads through field visits and market surveys • Promote and sell Victaulic piping systems and related products • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions • Prepare techno-commercial quotations • Negotiate and close sales orders • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets • Maintain strong customer relationships • Conduct site visits and product presentations • Follow up on orders and deliveries • Monitor competitor activities and market trends • Maintain sales reports and customer database Required Qualifications • B.Sc / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or equivalent qualification Experience • 1–5 years’ experience in industrial or capital goods sales preferred Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following products will be preferred: • Industrial piping systems • Valves and fittings • Pumps • Firefighting systems • Industrial equipment Skills Required • Good communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Technical understanding • Customer handling ability • Self-motivated and target-oriented • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & Email) Job Requirements • Willing to travel extensively in assigned territory • Field sales experience preferred • Two-wheeler preferred Compensation & Benefits • Salary as per experience and qualification • Travel Allowance • PF & ESI as per rules • Medical Insurance • Performance Incentives Apply Now Interested candidates can send their CV to: [email protected] #WeAreHiring #HiringAlert #PuneJobs #SalesJobs #AccountingJobs #InternshipOpportunity #CareerOpportunity #SPHAREnterprises #IndustrialJobs #JoinOurTeam
