What you'll do
- Assist healthcare providers in identifying operational opportunities where AI and automation can improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Explain the benefits of integrating AI agents, automation workflows, and human expertise to modernize healthcare operations across clinical, administrative, and operational domains.
- Collaborate with the sales and account teams to develop strategies for expanding UiPath's presence within healthcare organizations, including large health systems and complex providers.
- Conduct detailed workshops with healthcare clients to analyze existing workflows, identify pain points, and understand transformation goals across clinical, financial, and administrative areas.
- Utilize process intelligence tools to analyze workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, measure potential business impact, and prioritize automation initiatives based on client needs.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value sessions that clearly showcase how UiPath solutions can address specific healthcare challenges.
- Design and architect technical solutions that incorporate AI, automation, orchestration, document understanding, and agentic workflows tailored to healthcare environments.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to refine and develop healthcare-specific automation offerings, ensuring they meet industry standards and client needs.
- Develop and present industry-specific use cases, solution narratives, and best practices that resonate with healthcare providers and align with their strategic priorities.
- Support clients during technical evaluations by guiding discussions on architecture, security, governance, scalability, and deployment considerations.
- Share insights, industry trends, and best practices with the UiPath go-to-market organization to enhance the overall healthcare solution portfolio.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, standards, and emerging trends to ensure solutions remain compliant and competitive.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including clinical, operational, financial, and technical decision-makers, to foster trust and facilitate solution adoption.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing and sales collateral, including case studies, white papers, and presentations tailored to healthcare audiences.
- Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to clients during implementation and post-deployment phases to ensure successful automation adoption.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote UiPath's healthcare automation solutions and establish thought leadership.
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and improve solution offerings for the healthcare sector.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare provider operations, including revenue cycle management, patient access, prior authorization, clinical documentation, supply chain management, and clinical workflows.
- Proven experience helping healthcare organizations achieve operational improvements, financial results, and better patient outcomes through technology solutions.
- Ability to translate healthcare operational issues into measurable business results using AI and automation technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology, healthcare-specific applications, and solution architecture principles relevant to healthcare environments.
- Experience leading consultative discovery discussions with clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders within healthcare organizations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to executive-level, business, and technical audiences clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, process optimization, digital transformation strategies, and change management in healthcare settings.
- Prior experience working with large health systems, integrated delivery networks, or complex healthcare organizations.
- Background in sales engineering, consulting, solution architecture, healthcare transformation projects, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to meet diverse client needs and constraints.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements relevant to automation and AI deployment.
- Willingness to stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare automation.
Nice to have
