Hiring: Engineering Sales Manager (4 Years Experience) Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hosur, We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage key customer relationships. Key Requirements: ✅ 3+ years of sales experience ✅ Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE industry preferred ✅ Alternatively, experience selling solutions to Manufacturing, Automotive, Government, Defence, or Educational Institutions ✅ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ✅ Willingness to travel extensively ✅ Strong business development and account management skills ✅ BE/Diploma with a minimum aggregate of 60% in 10th, 12th, Diploma, and BE Key Responsibilities: • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth • Prospecting, territory management, and account management • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment realization • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for lead generation, demos, and customer support • Build long-term customer relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities • Develop market knowledge and maintain high professional standards
