Job Description Primary Goals & Responsibilities Work closely with Sales organization and Management Team during the sales cycle to provide technical expertise and relevant industry experience Present the technical aspects of the products during customer calls (in-person or via the web) Develop, test and give demonstrations to customers in conjunction with sales and engineering Partner with sales and engineering to determine, plan and execute customer proof of concept testing Provide product feedback and feature enhancement suggestions to Product Management Support product releases by contributing to QA testing and input to product readiness Provide assistance with the design and provision of training to both technical and non-technical customers Add to knowledge bases, FAQ repositories and other technical information resources appropriate to the industry and product Assist with project delivery documentation Skills and Experience 5+ years customer and/or partner technical sales support Proven experience creating and operating technical demonstrations Understanding of industrial technology a strong advantage (e.g. SCADA systems, manufacturing technical operations and networks, power generation networks etc) Understanding of security technology, particularly encryption and VPN an advantage Experience writing complex technical proposals and responding to RFPs Strong oral and presentation communication skills Bachelor’s degree in technology preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
