Sales Engineer / Account Manager (m/f/d) Southern Poland

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Engineer from the Wroclaw / Kraków / Katowice area to join our Test & Measurement team. In this role, you will promote Rohde & Schwarz Test and Measurement instruments, plan and execute sales activities within the southern region of Poland, book accounts and achieve sales targets. You’ll also act as a trusted technical advisor, providing customers with product demonstrations and complete solutions tailored to their needs.

• Market development of R&S Test and Measurement products
• Planning and implementation of sales activities within the assigned region / book of accounts
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Identification of new business opportunities
• Involvement in and ownership of complete sales cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor / master’s degree from a reputable university in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, Radio Technology, RF & Microwave, or related fields
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in RF / Test & Measurement / Telecommunications or Semiconductor industries
• Familiarity with RF equipment (e.g., Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Vector Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP
• Customer focus, analytical skills, and sales orientation
• Strong communication, presentation, and business negotiation skills
• Great teamwork and working attitude
• Proficiency in English
• Polish citizenship required
