A well-established engineering business with a strong reputation for technical excellence is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead its commercial function during an exciting period of growth and investment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a key leadership role with full responsibility for sales strategy, revenue performance, customer development, and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth, strengthening long-term client partnerships, and building the commercial structure needed to support future expansion.
