Role Description This is a full-time Sales Director position at Vibe Media Corporation. The Sales Director will lead sales operations, drive business development efforts, and oversee a team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building long-lasting client relationships, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth. The role requires collaboration across departments to ensure optimal client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Developing and maintaining agency relationships for demand generation campaigns Have existing relationships across agencies in the USA.
Be able to generate and submit RFPs through the agency partnerships. Map agencies across planners and account management teams to ensure we are included in the RFPs. Agency servicing to ensure a growing revenue relationship with them.
Contribute to company growth, new business acquisition, and revenue generation. Act as a primary day-to-day business contact for agency partners. Key Requirements 8+ years of experience in the B2B demand generation space or experience in B2B Technology marketing, sales-related experience with media agencies.
The ability to handle pressure to meet and exceed targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers. Demonstrable relationships and track record with marketers in technology companies and media agencies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working at all levels of organizations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, particularly with data. The ability to work collaboratively across departments, including customer group, editorial, marketing, advertising, technology, and innovation. An influencer with a proven ability to get things done and drive projects to a conclusion.
