Job Description

Responsible for breaking, managing, and growing target accounts within the assigned market. Builds and maintains relationships with clients while collaborating with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure results. Manages a team of 4–6 Account Executives and promotes a One Judge culture of teamwork and collaboration across recruiting, sales, and back‑office teams.

Accountable for individual production as well as the production of sales direct reports. Reports to the Branch Director or Managing Director of the assigned market. Primary Responsibilities Sell Judge staffing services within assigned market Research local market and create client target lists Create and maintain contact lists Prospect and cold call potential clients Break new, strategic accounts Conduct in‑person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives Assist with customer requests for bids and proposals Complete candidate reference checks to generate leads Review and qualify sales opportunities based on Judge criteria and strategy Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings Plan and facilitate client appreciation events Grow and maintain a professional network Build strong internal relationships with recruiters, delivery teams, and back‑office teams Update the ATS and other systems with required documentation 30% — Manage & Expand Existing Clients and Consultants Submit accurate and timely consultant and client information via ATS Facilitate regular check‑ins with clients and consultants Collaborate with AEs and Directors to identify opportunities; re‑market consultants Host client and consultant luncheons/events Partner with recruiting and back office to resolve timecard, payroll, and billing issues Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure accounts are in order Support Market Sales Leader and/or Enterprise Account Manager with QBRs Process consultant terminations accurately and promptly Partner with other Judge lines of business to expand revenue Serve as the initial point of escalation for client and candidate issues Monitor performance ratios, SLAs, and overall client experience Support hiring, onboarding, and assimilation of new Account Executives Manage sales team performance according to established expectations and metrics Coach AEs to grow customer base, acquire new clients, and expand services Foster collaboration across the office and business lines Identify team learning needs and coordinate development opportunities Monitor team engagement and address issues 10% — Personal Development & Other Duties Stay current on industry trends and roles Maintain and develop relevant skills Participate in other initiatives as assigned Allocation of time may vary based on number of direct reports.
