The result? We’re transforming performance and efficiency for customers across the globe, giving them the vital edge in their markets. Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.

Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities in target industries. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders. Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs and Swisslog's offerings.

Solution Selling Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product development teams to design tailored solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Swisslog. Market Insights Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.

Monitor competitors and industry developments to refine sales approaches. Pipeline Management Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools. Forecast revenue and report sales performance metrics regularly.

Collaboration & Leadership Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Mentor and guide junior sales team members as needed. Application Requirements What you need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on automation, supply chain, or logistics solutions.

Proven success in closing complex, high-value sales deals. Strong understanding of warehouse automation, robotics, or supply chain processes. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
