Job Description

Sales Director Radial is a leading B2C eCommerce fulfillment solutions provider. We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive revenue for our North American portfolio of fulfillment, transportation, and order management solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new logo clients and expanding opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsibilities Manage the sales cycle to acquire new retail and brand logos. Develop targeted account strategies and tactical penetration plans. Build and maintain relationships with C‑level and VP stakeholders within target accounts.

Create compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis. Execute all major steps of the sales process, including finding, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets for products and services.

Coordinate with pre‑sales and professional services teams. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and nurture third‑party relationships. Qualifications Demonstrated sales track record with Tier 1 and Tier 2 retailers (5+ years).

Deep understanding of retail industry dynamics, business challenges, and cost drivers. Knowledge of fulfillment and technology solutions for the retail marketplace. Ability to rapidly assimilate information and clearly articulate value propositions.

Track record of selling high‑value, long‑lead‑time solutions. Proven new‑business development skills and sales quota attainment. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Professional networking ability and relationship‑building with senior industry leaders and key influencers. Prior experience selling to business, technical, operations, IT, and C‑level executives. Bachelor’s degree or related field is preferred.

Travel Position is remote. Approximately 50% regional travel by land and/or air. Benefits Career advancement opportunities.
