US Director of Sales – Pursuit Sales Solutions Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer of biomaterials used in dental and orthopedic surgeries for bone and tissue regeneration! They are experiencing over 25% year-over-year growth and are looking to add a US Sales Director to their team. Ideal Candidate 6+ years of sales leadership experience in the dental industry Proven success with bone grafts, implants, or regenerative biomaterials Comfortable leading remote outside sales teams and driving performance Data-driven, organized, and highly personable Able to travel nationally 3x/month for events and field support Experience selling into DSOs is a strong plus Responsibilities Lead and mentor a growing team of outside sales representatives across the U.S.
