Weβre looking for a high-performing Sales Director to drive revenue growth, build and lead a strong sales team, and expand market presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and consistently delivering against aggressive revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth objectives Build, manage, and mentor a team of sales professionals across multiple markets Drive new business development while expanding existing client relationships Establish and track KPIs to ensure consistent performance and accountability Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, service offerings, and market positioning Identify new market opportunities and go-to-market strategies Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate forecasting Lead from the front in complex deal cycles and high-value negotiations Qualifications Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams Strong background in B2B sales, ideally within professional services or staffing Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Data-driven mindset with experience managing pipeline and performance metrics What Success Looks Like Consistent achievement and overperformance of revenue targets Strong team retention and development of top performers Expansion into new markets and verticals Creation of a repeatable, scalable sales process #J-18808-Ljbffr
