Sales Director Data Center Hyperscale

HB International, a headhunter company, is looking for a Sales Director - Hyperscale (DATA CENTERS) for a multinational company. More details will be shared in a Zoom Meeting. We're trying to maintain some confidentiality in this position.

Team: You'll have six direct reports across LATAM. You must be based in São Paulo and able to travel 40% of the time.

Profile: High Management skills moving farmer and hunter salespeople. Must be aware of the hyperscale Data Center environment: identifying new opportunities, seeking new jobs with global accounts, increasing average ticket size, and moving the whole team toward the same objectives and goals. Previous experience in management positions in Data Center&Technology markets.

Market: Data centers - Hyperscale. Google, AWS, Microsoft, etc.; design companies, integrators, electrical companies.

Goal: this team must bring home 200 million dollars/yearly

Products &technology: we provide turnkey projects - hyperscale, MTDC infrastructure and services. So we can deliver all the products and technology that each project deserves.

Languages: English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
