The Role Comviva is looking for a highly motivated Sales manager to join our organization to cover customers and partners in USA. This high-impact position plays an integral role in the success of the overall field sales team and company. This role is responsible for pipeline and revenue creation across all channels and supporting operational programs.

The profile will be encouraged to collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve regional business objectives, build and maintain client relationships, and negotiate contracts. Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Development Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with technology vendors, industry experts, and ecosystem players to enhance Comviva's capabilities and offerings.

Collaborate with partners to co-innovate and co-create solutions that address market needs and opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS AND CRITICAL COMPETENCIES Professional Experience Sales Leadership and Account Management Demonstrated track record of sales leadership in IT, Martech and Digitech and have working knowledge of the systems integration (SI) businesses. Proven ability in account management across Telco, MVNO, Enterprise, SMB, and Startup segments, with strong solution-selling skills.

Strong deal curation skills focusing on customer value proposition, value-based outcomes and profitability. Revenue Generation and Industry Expertise Ability to drive revenue growth across multiple industries, leveraging deep domain expertise. Experience/expertise influencing C-level clients in targeted industries, beyond CIO level, to drive business outcomes.

Communication and Executive Presence Excellent communication skills and executive presence to connect effectively at CXO levels. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner. Exceptional sales leadership skills.

Digital Transformation and IT Services Comprehensive understanding of traditional IT services and digital transformational services. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams. Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders and build deep client relationships.

Attributes of the Successful Candidate Experience in Telecom in the Customer Value Management / Usage & Retention / Customer Analytics domain 15 to 20 years of experience in a “software-centric sales role.” Understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and success and support models Experience in recruiting, enabling, and leading a network of SI and channel partners with direct personal involvement.
