Sales Director, Data & AI London, Liverpool Street area | 4 days in the office | Competitive base salary, OTE Our client is a private equity-backed technology services and education company with a strong presence in central government, defence, and financial services. They are seeking a Sales Director to work closely with the CCO and help grow revenue in their three main sectors. The role This is a hands-on commercial leadership role.
You will build and manage a qualified Data and AI pipeline, have C-level conversations with senior technical buyers, close large complex deals, and help develop the sales team. Building and maintaining senior client relationships β through meetings, events, and face-to-face interactions β is a core part of this role. What weβre looking for Proven experience driving growth across a sales team, not just as an individual contributor A real commercial background in Data and AI, with experience selling upskilling programmes or consultancy and professional services in this area Track record of signing large contracts in a consultative, relationship-led environment Comfortable in front of C-suite buyers β CDIOs, Heads of Data, Transformation Directors CRM-disciplined and data-driven in how you manage commercial activity Whatβs on offer A competitive package with strong OTE.
