Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Tech for Good | Bristol - £37,000 - Hybrid Working We’re partnered with a Bristol‑based Tech for Good company helping public sector organisations make better decisions and involve their communities. They’re growing and looking for an SDR who loves great conversations, thoughtful outreach, and building relationships that actually matter. What you’ll do Run outbound campaigns across email, phone and LinkedIn Research public sector organisations and map key stakeholders Write personalised outreach (no templates, no spam) Book high‑quality demos for the Account Executives Lead confident, unscripted conversations with senior decision‑makers Keep CRM notes sharp and pipelines tidy What great looks like Curious, proactive, and commercially sharp Strong communicator who adapts to different audiences Methodical with research and record‑keeping Comfortable owning your development and acting on feedback Once onboarding aiming for 3 qualified outbound demos per month Why join them You’ll be part of a team that values clarity, collaboration, and getting things done without the noise.
