Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Staff Augmentation Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site) Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome) Function: Sales / Business Development Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role as the “Door Opener” for our business. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and build a strong sales pipeline by scheduling qualified meetings for the Business Development team. Key Responsibilities 1.
Lead Prospecting Identify potential clients using LinkedIn, industry directories, and online research Target key decision-makers such as CTOs, HR Heads, and Delivery Managers 2. Cold Outreach Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, emails, and calls Engage prospects through personalized and professional communication 3. Lead Qualification Interact with prospects to understand hiring needs and budgets Qualify leads before passing them to the Senior Business Development team 4.
CRM Management Maintain and update accurate data in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) Ensure all client interactions and details are well-documented 5. Market Research & Mapping Track companies that are expanding, hiring, or recently funded Identify new opportunities across Ahmedabad and PAN India Required Skills & Qualifications Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English Business Understanding: Basic knowledge of how companies operate and hiring needs Sales Mindset: Strong “hunter” attitude with resilience towards rejection Technical Skills: Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and AI-based tools Education: Any Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Marketing or IT preferred) Why Join Us?
