Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mauritania.

The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing and delivering tailored digital solutions, and ensuring they operate effectively in field conditions. Responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies in workflows, developing and managing custom tools, collaborating with teams to implement solutions, and monitoring the impact of deployed systems. The role emphasizes problem-solving and innovation to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify operational inefficiencies and craft strategic solutions. Proficiency in digital tools development; familiarity with relevant technologies to build lightweight, custom solutions. Strong project management and organizational skills for handling multiple clients and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills in both French and Arabic to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Adaptability to work effectively in dynamic, real-world conditions with limited technical infrastructure. Formal education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.

Prior experience in operations management, project deployment, or software development is a plus.
