As we expand across the U.S., we’re building a high-performance sales team—and we’re looking for a driven SDR who thrives on creating opportunities and opening doors. Position Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Helpany, you are the engine of our growth. Your focus is generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects in senior living and healthcare.

This is a pure hunting role — high activity, high ownership, and critical impact. What You’ll Do Prospect & Generate Pipeline: Identify and reach out to senior living communities via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events in person visits, etc. Outbound Excellence: Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound campaigns to book meetings with decision-makers.

Qualify Leads: Understand customer needs, assess fit, and qualify opportunities before handing them to Account Executives. CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity logging in tools like HubSpot. Market Intelligence: Gather insights from conversations to help refine messaging and identify trends.

Leverage Industry Networks: Utilize and expand your professional relationships in the senior living and healthcare space to open doors and accelerate deal flow. Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion. What We’re Looking For Proven Sales Hunter: 3+ years of experience in pure B2B sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.

SaaS, healthcare, or senior living experience is a plus. Hunter mindset — you’re proactive, resilient, and not afraid of rejection. Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and persuasive across phone, email, in-person and video.

High activity & discipline — you can manage volume while maintaining quality. Coachable & curious — you actively seek feedback and continuously improve. Tech-savvy — comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn, and sales tools.

Based in Arizona or on the U.S. West Coast preferred. High Energy & Resilience: Startup-ready, highly self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
