Sales Development Representative Location: London, UK (WeWork 2 Minster Court, 5 days per week in office) Salary: ยฃ40k base + commission and equity Start: June 2026 About Milo Milo is an AI analyst that gives product teams answers from their data in minutes, not days. We connect to company databases and let non-technical users get answers fast. The problem we solve is real: business decisions get made on guesswork because getting data takes too long.
Analysts spend their time fielding ad-hoc requests instead of doing strategic work. We're changing that. The Role You'll work directly with our Head of Sales to build pipeline through outbound prospecting.
This does mean being comfortable getting on the phone. This is a hands-on role at an early-stage company. You will have support and guidance but wont be micro managed.

What You'll Do Daily: Make calls to target accounts using salesfinity Send personalised LinkedIn outreach to Tier A prospects Update CRM (HubSpot) with call notes and pipeline activity Qualify inbound interest and book discovery calls Weekly: Build and refine prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools Create short video outreach for high-priority accounts (Vidyard/Loom) Collaborate on messaging - what's landing, what's not As You Grow: Help create sales enablement content (use case videos, competitor comparisons) Run discovery calls independently Develop account strategies for enterprise prospects What You Bring Must have: 1-2 years of B2B sales, SDR Comfortable on the phone. Initiative. Coachable.
We use a specific sales methodology, you need to be open to learning it and getting feedback. Able to work from our WeWork in Monument 5 days per week. Nice to have: Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, claude Interest in data/analytics/BI space Comfortable using AI tools for research, messaging, and productivity.
We don't care about: Your degree or lack of one Whether you've hit arbitrary KPIs at a big company What We Offer Salary: ยฃ40k base Commission: Uncapped, paid on meetings booked that convert to qualified opportunities. Realistic OTE ยฃ55k -65k in year one for a solid performer. Equity: Real training: You'll sit next to the Head of Sales daily and learn phone-first outbound properly.
Not watching videos or reading playbooks weโll actually be making calls together, getting live feedback, building your skills. Path to AE: High performers move to running their own discovery calls and closing deals within 12 months. Direct access: You'll work directly with the Head of Sales and CEO.
