We’ve invested heavily in technology and infrastructure to give our sales team a real edge — including a proprietary platform with 30-second pre-qualifications, streamlined workflows, and the ability to close deals in 7–10 days. This isn’t a “figure it out on your own” sales environment. We combine tech, lead flow, and execution so our advisors can focus on winning deals. The Opportunity We are launching a Sales Development Program designed to train and develop the next generation of high-performing Regional Sales Advisors. This is a structured, in-office training environment focused on building real production — not just theory. Candidates will be trained directly by leadership and developed into full-cycle sales professionals. You won’t be starting from zero — you’ll have access to inbound opportunities and lead flow from day one , alongside building your own book of business.
What You’ll Do Learn how to structure and price investor loan scenarios (DSCR, bridge, fix & flip) Build relationships with mortgage brokers and real estate investors Work inbound opportunities and develop outbound business Analyze deals and guide clients to the right financing solutions Use our proprietary platform to structure, submit, and manage deals efficiently Work closely with operations to move loans from submission to funding Develop a personal pipeline and production goals Training & Development Hands-on deal training from day one Real-time coaching on calls, structuring, and objection handling Exposure to live pipeline and active transactions Clear performance benchmarks and progression milestones Direct access to leadership and top producers What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills and natural competitiveness Coachable, driven, and goal-oriented mindset Interest in sales, finance, or real estate Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment No prior mortgage experience required Compensation & Growth Base salary + commission structure High earning potential based on production Consistent lead flow + marketing support Clear path into a full Regional Sales Advisor role Direct exposure to leadership and deal flow Why Truly Inbound opportunities + ability to build your own book Tech-forward platform that removes friction and speeds up deals Faster execution than traditional lenders High-volume environment with real opportunity to earn Culture focused on performance, growth, and accountability
