Kenny-Whelan (a specialist division of the CPL group) in partnership with our Dairy Client is hiring a Sales Development Manager for Meath and Louth
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible field-based role where you'll take ownership of driving sales, distribution and market growth across retail and doorstep channels. You'll build and strengthen relationships with distributors, milk agents and retail partners, ensuring our brands remain the preferred choice for customers and consumers alike.
As a key member of the regional sales team, you'll have the opportunity to influence commercial performance, identify growth opportunities, and play an important role in bringing innovative products to market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and grow strong partnerships with milk agents, distributors and retail customers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive volume and market share growth.
- Expand distribution across dairy drinks, family milk and broader consumer product categories.
- Manage route-to-market activities to ensure products are available where and when customers need them.
- Execute promotional campaigns, merchandising initiatives and new product launches to maximise sales performance.
- Analyse sales trends, market data and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Manage budgets effectively while delivering against volume, value and margin targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues across, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Credit Control, MyMilkMan and Customer Service to deliver business objectives.
- Support and influence third-party teams to ensure excellent execution in market.

You will bring:
- Experience in a field sales, account management or sales leadership role.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Experience influencing customers and negotiating effectively.
- A proactive, resilient and solution-focused approach.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- A full, clean driving licence.
