Sales Development Coordinator
Are you a proactive communicator who enjoys connecting with customers, qualifying opportunities, and helping a sales team turn leads into business? StaffBuffalo is partnering with an established international organization in Amherst, NY, to hire a Sales Development Coordinator โ Inside Sales, with compensation starting at $23.00+ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a combination of inside sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales coordination while working in a collaborative, professional environment.
As the Sales Development Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting business growth by engaging prospective customers, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, nurturing relationships, supporting existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for the field sales team. You'll communicate directly with customers and prospects by phone, text, and other channels while maintaining accurate information within the CRM and coordinating closely with internal sales professionals.
