Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Outsource UK Team Lead Delivery Recruiter at Outsource UK part of Sanderson PLC Location: Desford, UK Contract: 24-month contract (with strong likelihood of extension) Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday Travel: Approx. 25% travel within the UK and Europe Onsite Requirement: Fully site-based (minimal PPE required when visiting customer sites) Key Responsibilities Partner with key dealers to implement sales and retail development initiatives.

Coach dealers on best practices to grow and optimise their retail sales performance. Analyse business performance data and provide actionable insights. Build strong relationships across different cultures and geographies (all dealers operate in English).

Essential Skills and Experience Degree qualified with 2–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong B2B and customer-facing experience, ideally within dealer or distributor networks. Background in the off-highway industry or a dealer distribution model.

Commercial acumen with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills. Confident using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with knowledge of Power BI a plus. Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to get things done.
