Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Coordinator. The sales Coordinator will manage and support day-to-day sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with client communication, tracking sales performance metrics, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records in the sales database. You will also liaise with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and support smooth order processing. Key Responsibilities ● Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales operations ● Maintain and update sales data MIS, reports, and customer records ● Act as a bridge between sales, operations, logistics, and marketing teams ● Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and market activations ● Communicate with channel partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment ● Support new market launches and product roll outs ● Handle queries and ensure timely resolution ● Prepare, manage and circulate sales report as per agreed cadence ● Track primary and secondary sales, stock movement and market coverage ● Lead generation ● Ensure timely delivery and stock availability at key points ● Maintain Master data sheet ● Use Zoho CRM to manage leads, accounts, contacts, and sales pipelines efficiently ● Ensure accurate and timely data entry in Zoho CRM for orders, follow-ups, customer interactions, and deal stages if required ● Ensure seamless flow of orders from Shopify and B2B customer Pos into Zoho Inventory What We’re Looking For ● Strong communication skills ● Knowledge of Zoho CRM and Inventory Management (or willingness to learn quickly) ● Compulsory Beverage experience ● Sincere, responsible, and committed to work ● A go-getter mindset – you take initiative, not just instructions ● Curious and eager to learn new things every day ● Comfortable working in a startup environment (fast-paced, evolving roles) ● Good coordination and basic organizational skills ● Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets ● Passion or interest in food, beverages, or FMCG is a big plus
