Compensation Our Diamond Consultants earn a minimum of $90k per year, with our top performers earning over $120k per year.
The base salary starts at $50,000 annually, plus commissions on each sale and an annual bonus based on total sales results. There is no cap to your earning potential! Work Schedule This is a fulltime position requiring availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings on a rotating schedule as we are open 7 days a week.

THE ROLE As a Diamond Consultant you lead our customers through our unique Spence Experience and are the product expert our customers can trust as they navigate this incredibly special and exciting time in their lives. You will learn everything about diamonds and the Spence way of doing business. A day in the life Guide clients through our unique Spence Experience.

A few things we hope you have Minimum 2 years of experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive professional sales environment. Strong communicator with respectful and professional verbal and written communication skills.
