This role is centred on delivering an exceptional, luxury retail experience,guiding clients to make confident, informed purchasing decisions, from everyday pieces to bespoke, high-value designs. While a passion for jewellery is welcomed, we are particularly interested in candidates with a background in luxury retail , as full product training will be provided. You will play a key role in achieving and exceeding sales targets, building lasting client relationships, and delivering a premium, personalised service at every stage of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities Deliver a luxury, tailored customer experience that exceeds expectations Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets Guide customers through product selections and bespoke design consultations Build, manage, and grow your personal client portfolio Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their journey Maximise every sales opportunity through expert advice and upselling Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment Maintain high standards of store presentation and professionalism About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in luxury or premium retail sales (jewellery experience not essential) Confident, enthusiastic, and highly sales-driven A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Well-presented, professional, and detail-oriented Motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Comfortable using technology and retail systems Desirable (but not essential) Experience with high-value or consultative sales Background in bespoke or made-to-order products Visual merchandising experience Advanced selling or negotiation skills What We Offer Basicsalary with uncapped commission Performance-based bonus opportunities Full product and sales training Ongoing development and career progression The opportunity to join an award-winning, premium brand known for quality and creativity Benefits Employee Assistance Program, access to Bright Exchange, 28 days annual leave plus company pension.
