We're currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team at the Coatbridge branch, covering the Scotland and Northern Ireland areas.

The Sales Consultant Role In this role, you will be selling services that provide fragrant hotel lobbies, Christmas decorations in shopping centres, hanging baskets, and floral displays in pubs and office receptions. Responsibilities Work in the field, generating leads on your own and with colleagues.

Nurture relationships with new and existing customers. Offer excellent customer service to our current customers. Work towards and achieve set KPIs and targets.

Hold a full UK driving licence for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points. Be self‑motivated and target‑driven. Be an excellent problem solver.

Demonstrate excellent customer‑service and communication skills. Have experience in retail or sales, and be comfortable working face‑to‑face with customers. Possess an outgoing, creative, and perhaps slightly eccentric nature.

Be willing to pass a DBS check where required. Qualifications and Experience Self‑motivated and target‑driven. Excellent problem‑solving skills.

Excellent customer‑service and communication skills. Background in retail or sales is advantageous. Outgoing, naturally creative, and perhaps slightly eccentric.

Willingness to undergo a DBS check depending on the role. Benefits Competitive base salary of £26,265 per annum. Expected OTE of £31,442 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

Relocation package up to £5,000 for those moving more than two hours away. Full‑time, permanent role, Monday‑Friday (37.5‑hour week). Salary grading system linked to performance.
