Are you a Chef, Sous Chef, FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Hospitality Professional who understands the food business and is ready for a new challenge?
We are looking for a highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has spent years working in restaurants and understands what chefs, restaurant owners, purchasing managers, and operators actually need—and wants to take that knowledge into a rewarding sales career.
You already know the customer. Now learn how to sell to them.
Qualifications
- Culinary background (BOH or FOH), meat-cutting, or hospitality operations experience is a strong plus.
- Existing relationships with chefs and operators in the Charlotte market are a strong plus.
- A hunter: comfortable cold-calling, sampling and closing new business every week.
- Business-minded — you can talk margin, yield and menu cost with an owner.
- Organized, self-directed and accountable to numbers.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
