Position: B2B Sales Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $55–$80/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Develop long-horizon selling tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.

Build scenarios in Top-of-funnel , Deal execution , and Forecasting using structured criteria and checkable answers. Create ICP lists , account research briefs, proposals, and SOWs with precise sections and pricing. Implement MEDDIC/MEDDPICC fills and forecast categorization aligned with defined rules.

Work independently on challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions. Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years in B2B sales, SDR/BDR leadership, or customer success (mid-market or enterprise). Expertise in sales frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC , Challenger , or Command of the Message .

Proficient in CRM operations with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot . Experience with outbound motion using Outreach or Salesloft . Skilled in producing sales artifacts: call plans, proposals, SOW redlines, QBR decks, forecast narratives.
