Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom Overview We are seeking a talented Pensions Sales Consultant to join our Workplace Savings team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office (available in Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Chichester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Manchester). Responsibilities Develop relationships with internal and external introducers.
Generate new business opportunities from your introducer network. Maintain excellent sales pipeline records using the designated recording systems. Generate sales to meet and exceed agreed targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and manage prospect relationships. Contract with customers in line with the business’ standard processes. Generate business opportunities for specialists within other areas of MMB and the wider MMC group.
Ensure that all business you are responsible for meets the quality standards required by the Company. Invest time and energy in your personal development. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar sales role.
Ideally qualified to a minimum of QCF2 and working toward QCF4. Proven track record of new business generation. What makes you stand out Innovative solution provider.
