Maritime Sales Executive - Permanent - Hybrid - Bristol or Norwich Navis Consulting is seeking an experienced Maritime Sales Executive to join our innovative and growing client. Specialising in IoT-enabled SaaS platforms and big data analytics, they provide advanced remote monitoring and performance solutions to the global maritime sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a solutions-led sales environment, combining technical expertise with a consultative approach to deliver value-driven outcomes for customers.

You will play a key role in helping maritime operators unlock operational efficiencies, improve sustainability, and maximise asset performance through software-driven solutions. Achieve the sales targets set in line with business objectives Lead consultative, solutions-based sales engagements, positioning the company's SaaS and data-driven offerings effectively Engage early with customers to understand operational challenges and translate these into tailored software and monitoring solutions Support the wider sales team with technical expertise to accelerate opportunity conversion Manage and grow a portfolio of prospects and existing customers, focusing on long-term value and recurring revenue streams Represent the company at global maritime events, conferences, and trade shows Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across vessel operators, fleet managers, and technical teams Proven experience selling SaaS, software, or data-driven solutions Experience of solutions-based or consultative selling, ideally in the maritime sector Background in selling into maritime, offshore, or related industries Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles Experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Willingness to travel for business (UK and internationally) Experience with IoT, remote monitoring, or analytics platforms Knowledge of maritime operations, vessel systems, or offshore sectors Experience in account management or strategic sales planning Strong understanding of SaaS sales models, including recurring revenue and customer lifetime value Comfortable discussing maritime systems, IoT, and data-driven solutions In addition to the role of Marine Sales Executive we offer an extensive range of career development opportunities, incentives, and benefits ~ Career development and opportunity to learn and grow. ~ Competitive salary ~ Company pension scheme ~ Private Health insurance for you (with the option of adding family members) ~ Life Assurance ~ Employee Assistance program ~23 days Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays) ~ Enhanced holiday scheme where you get an additional days holiday for every year of service (up to a maximum of 5 additional days) ~ Savings and Discounts available at numerous high street retailers ~ Free Parking with Electric Car Charging Points
