What You Get Pay Range: Listed pay of $80 to $120 per hour Bonus Structure: Monthly bonus based upon revenue per appointment Flexible Schedule: Set your schedule (e.g., I'm available Tuesdays - Thursdays) Hybrid Remote: 90% in-home appointments and 10% work from home Employee Discounts: 50% off all products Transparent Hiring Process: We contact applicants with relevant experience within 24 hours What You'll Do Conduct in-home design appointments Upload leads, orders, estimates, and client designs/photos promptly Take client deposits from each sale Attend and participate in designer training and ongoing training from the Sales Director Who You Are In-home or residential sales experience (preferred) Ability to quickly learn and accurately use technology, design/measure, gather, and document details Strong organizational and oral/written professional communication skills Friendly, competitive, and driven nature Art of Drawers - Detroit Art of Drawers creates joyful, inspirational experiences for our clients through custom-crafted pull-out drawers in cabinets.
