Sales Consultant

We're looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Renault/Dacia/KIA branch in Liverpool. We'll call you a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn't a typical showroom job; instead, it's a car sales role that lets you be yourself, showcase your customer service skills, and enjoy every working day to the fullest.

As a Product Consultant you will accompany customers from the moment they walk through the door to an excellent aftersales experience. You'll help customers find the right car based on what they need and build strong, positive relationships with them throughout the process. Alongside a five‑day working week, a commission structure, uniforms and staff benefits, you’ll have all the tools to succeed.

Responsibilities Helping customers find the right car based on what they need. Delivering outstanding, five‑star service for every customer – going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door. Building and maintaining lasting and sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process.

Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism. Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly. Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards.

Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises. Staying in touch with customers to offer them a great aftersales experience. Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills – we want people who love what they do.

Being organised and remembering details to deliver promises and exceed expectations. Qualifications Bags of energy and enthusiasm. The desire to have a lasting and fulfilling career.

A full driving licence held for a minimum of one year. Benefits £25,500 with no company car or £23,500 with company car. On‑target earnings of £40,000‑£45,000 with uncapped potential.
