Sales Consultant

The Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant in our Forestside Belfast store. This is a part‑time opportunity, working 30 hours per week. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers. Use a personalized selling approach, guiding the customer journey from start to finish. Deliver sensorial customer experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, confidence and a positive, can‑do attitude. High level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury. Ability to work well in a team and drive motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs.
