What you'll do

• Meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
• Utilize both leading and lagging KPIs to enhance your efficiency.
• Maintain customer records and pricing information within the CRM system on a daily basis.
• Provide timely and accurate formal quotations as required.
• Process customer orders and review contracts and purchase order acknowledgments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales coordination or similar role, particularly in export.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and order processing.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Familiarity with export regulations and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and reporting.
