Sales & Business Development Executive – Spain

To support further development of the Spanish market, we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales competences in Spain across Forwarding and IPL (Integrated Project Logistics).

The role combines business development and hands‑on sales management, with a focus on building long‑term relationships with key Spanish clients and supporting the growth of the IPL Spain Division.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development (approx. 50%)

• 
  
• Develop new business opportunities on the Spanish market
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision makers
  
• Support growth of Forwarding and IPL services in Spain
  

Sales Management & Execution (approx. 50%)

• 
  
• Manage sales processes from lead generation to contract closure
  
• Prepare offers and participate in negotiations
  
• Support IPL project acquisition and ensure smooth handover to operations
  

Requirements

• 
  
• Proven experience in sales or business development within logistics, forwarding or IPL
  
• Ability to independently manage sales processes and client relationships
  
• Good understanding of the Spanish market
  
• Experience in cooperation with senior stakeholders and decision makers
