SOLEPLIER, a fast-growing sneaker and streetwear retailer in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, is looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team.

If you’re ready to turn your passion for the latest hyped sneakers and exclusive apparel into a rewarding role, this is your chance! What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Associate at SOLEPLIER, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to create an exciting shopping experience for sneakerheads and streetwear enthusiasts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting shoppers in-store and helping them find their next favorite pair of sneakers or apparel.

Engaging with our community through in-store interactions and live commerce events, such as TikTok livestreams, where you’ll showcase products and connect with our growing online audience. Maintaining product knowledge about the latest sneaker drops, exclusive streetwear, and pre-owned grails to provide expert recommendations. Supporting store operations , including inventory management, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is visually appealing.

Contributing to our creative culture by sharing ideas and collaborating with a team that’s passionate about sneakers, fashion, and content. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to create meaningful customer interactions. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while staying organized and attentive to detail. Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus and will help you connect with a wider audience!
