Job Title: Sales Associate – Solar & Semiconductor Industry Location: Pan India | Remote/Office Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 2–4 Years About the Company: DDE UHP is a pioneering provider of ultra-high purity process utility systems serving the semiconductor, PV Solar, and other high-tech industries. With a strong legacy in turnkey solutions, we specialize in designing, manufacturing, and installing complex utility systems. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to support business growth in the Solar segment by generating inquiries, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue expansion in mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities: Drive H igh-Quality Inquiry Generation and build a strong pipeline across Solar (PV Cell Manufacturing) and Semiconductor (OSAT & Fab Chips) segments Proactively Identify, Pursue, and Convert New Business Opportunities in fast-growing, technology-driven markets Build Powerful, long-term relationships with EPCs, manufacturers, fabs, OSAT players, and key decision-makers Own the Complete sales journey β€” from first connect to proposal, negotiation, and successful deal closure Collaborate with Design, Projects, and Technical Teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to clients Create, present, and follow up on I mpactful Techno-Commercial Proposals that win business Maintain a High-Energy Sales Pipeline , ensuring consistent tracking, follow-ups, and conversions Stay ahead by Tracking market trends, Competitor movements and Emerging opportunities in Solar & Semiconductor industries Represent the company with confidence in Client meetings, Presentations, and Strategic discussions Drive Faster Decision-Making and Closures through proactive communication and strong stakeholder management Demonstrate a Solution-Oriented Approach in addressing client requirements and business challenges Maintain a customer-centric approach in all client interactions and solutions If you are GREAT in the above, not just good, then we need you in our Team. Qualifications & Skills: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( Mechanical/Chemical) and/or MBA in Sales/Marketing β€’ 2–4 years of experience in sales (preferably in Solar / EPC / Semiconductor) β€’ Exposure to Solar industry or related sectors is mandatory/preferred β€’ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills β€’ Basic understanding of technical products/systems β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment β€’ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Industry Background: β€’ Solar EPC companies β€’ Solar module / Cell manufacturers β€’ Semiconductor / Cleanroom / UHP system companies β€’ Industrial Gas / Chemical / Process system companies Note: Pan India – Flexibility to travel as per business requirements
