Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Growth & Partnerships Associate to support our business growth activities across Manchester and Liverpool.
This is a field-based role, focused on generating new opportunities by engaging directly with prospective clients and representing the company on-site. The role is particularly well suited to a university student looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development within a growing facilities management company. Key Responsibilities Conduct site visits to commercial offices and facilities to introduce R3’s services Engage professionally with decision-makers, including office managers, facilities managers, and business owners Identify and qualify new business opportunities Secure and schedule meetings for senior members of the team Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and outcomes Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and integrity at all times Candidate Profile Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening High levels of energy, resilience, and self-motivation Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders in a professional environment Organised and able to manage time effectively across multiple locations Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Manchester and Liverpool Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential What We Offer Competitive hourly rate with performance-related commission Flexible working hours to accommodate academic commitments Practical, hands-on experience in B2B sales and client engagement Exposure to senior decision-makers and commercial environments Ongoing support and mentorship from an experienced team Opportunity to progress into a full-time role upon graduation How to Apply Please apply via LinkedIn or send your CV and a brief cover note outlining your interest in the role.
