What You'll Do Deliver high-touch, consultative customer service Demonstrate and explain premium sewing and vacuum products Help customers solve problems, complete projects, and feel confident in their purchases Build lasting customer relationships through trust and expertise Collaborate with a professional, performance-focused team ✅ What We're Looking For 1+ year of retail or consultative sales experience (high-end or specialty retail preferred) 1+ year of customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Comfortable learning technical products and explaining them clearly (Experience with sewing, crafting, or vacuums is a plus - but not required.
