Job Description Job Description Salary: $22/hr The ideal candidate for this Position is a person that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making & receiving dozens of calls per day, working with customers & vendors to locate hard to find items. Multi-tasking is a required skill for this position.

Responsibilities Creating Quotations, Sales Orders & Purchase Orders. Following a sales request from quotation to order fulfillment Communicating with Vendors & Customers Sourcing materials Answer Incoming Calls & provide P/A to customers Monitoring Oregon Breakers Info@ email as well as the positions business email Interface with warehouse staff to find specific items & relay deadlines Financial handling responsibilities Qualifications Proven work experience in similar roles / industry Basic understanding of sales principles & customer service practices Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Basic math skills Basic computer skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook Familiarity with inventory procedures Ability to perform under pressure & address complaints in a timely manner Ability to manage multiple project/requests concurrently Employment is contingent upon successful references and background check.
