Monica Vinader is excited to recruit a Sales Associate for our Leeds boutique, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. Job Information Job Title: Sales Associate Location: Leeds Hours: 32 hours per week Reporting: Boutique Manager Responsibilities Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through exceptional customer service. Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand’s values.
Deliver in‑store services such as engraving and after‑care with confidence. Comply with company policies, procedures and concession guidelines. Maintain high personal grooming and presentation standards.
Support management with operational tasks, including stock takes, visual merchandising and stock deliveries. Qualifications Customer‑first attitude and strong sales drive. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer expectations. Team‑player able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Positive, proactive, and able to work to direction.
