Half Price Flooring , Las Vegass top flooring company, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented salesperson to join our team and help drive sales through phone outreach and customer engagement!

What Youll Do: Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate sales opportunities Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions Schedule showroom appointments and in-home estimates Follow up with potential clients to close deals and maximize earnings Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads using a CRM system Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service What Were Looking For: Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office Minimum 1 year of telemarketing and sales experience (flooring/home improvement experience is a plus) Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls Preferred experience with CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce Ability to work Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month
